By renting equipment, booking a lesson, or joining a guided tour with Ocean Glide SUP, you agree to the following terms. All stand-up paddleboarding activities carry inherent risks, and participants take part at their own responsibility; you confirm that you are in reasonable health, able to swim, and willing to follow the safety briefing, staff instructions, and any conditions or restrictions we set for a given session. Rented boards, paddles, leashes, and accessories remain our property and must be returned on time and in the same condition, allowing for normal wear; loss or negligent damage may incur reasonable charges. We reserve the right to postpone, shorten, or cancel any session when weather, tide, wind, or safety concerns make the water unsuitable, and in such cases we will offer a rescheduled slot or a fair refund where appropriate. Bookings should be honored at the agreed time, late arrivals may shorten the available session, and minors must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. You are responsible for your personal belongings, for behaving considerately toward other beach and water users, and for respecting the coastal environment and local regulations. Prices, availability, and services may change without notice, and these terms are governed by applicable French law.
